Dispelling the myth about climate change

Climate change has become one of the most discussed subjects of the new millennium, it is high up on the agendas of many of the world’s governments (though some would say not high enough) and it has been the subject of a plethora of scientific reports, journalistic articles, television programs and even making it into the Hollywood film arena with Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Truth. But there is still a widespread division of opinion over what the causes and consequences or climate change are. In an attempt to dispel some of the common myths around climate change, New Scientist published an online artlice titled ‘Climate Change: A guide for the perplexed.
